About the event

Create poetry rooted in sensation, movement, and physical experience.

Writing the Body is an in-depth poetry workshop exploring how physical experience can anchor emotion, memory, and meaning in powerful ways. This session invites poets to move beyond abstraction by writing through the senses: touch, breath, movement, tension, and release.
